Todd lost his job six months ago, creating a financial crisis for his family. Three new job offers have come in, one in management that will waste Todd's creative gifts but pay the bills, another which pays less and gives him some creative satisfaction, and a third which would maximize his giftedness and ability to impact lives but pay little.
